Exciting job opportunity for a part-time bookkeeper role for a construction and property firm in Victoria.
Your new company
My client is a small organisation which focuses on creating and renovating luxury homes, apartments and buildings in central London. As a result, you'll be working within luxury modern offices sat in the heart of London between Sloane Square and Victoria stations. The team comprises of 5 people and you will be responsible for the finance function of the company.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all of the accounting functions of the company. Your duties will focus on invoicing, processing expenses, PAYE, payroll and all transactional accounting functions. Additionally you will be creating monthly cash flow forecasts and presenting these to the banks to gain investment for the company. A further part of this role will also be implementing a new system of your choosing and transitioning the accounting history from Excel. This role is a 3 day a week position with flexible working hours.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be a focused, commercial and experienced Bookkeeper who is happy to work alone and as part of a team. Additionally, you'll have excellent Excel skills and an understanding of construction and property.
