We are a specialist premises management company, primarily working in the independent school’s sector. Services include building compliance (testing, assessments and certification), ongoing building maintenance and project based construction.

We are currently recruiting for a part time bookkeeper to cover for maternity leave

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing purchases and sales invoices and entering to Click and Sage
  • Maintenance of supplier’s bank, CIS details, addresses etc.
  • Reporting of cash flow and potential bad debts to manager
  • Administration of CIS
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Filing of VAT returns
  • Monthly payments to suppliers
  • Monthly payroll processing for staff through Sage Payroll
  • Maintenance of an orderly filing system

Experience and skills required:

  • Book-keeping experience, ideally with AAT or ACCA qualifications
  • Proficient in Sage, Excel and other office packages
  • Desirable - proficient with the Clik Service application
  • Good understanding of VAT and CIS
  • Excellent record keeping
  • Be friendly, warm and professional


We are based in SW11, a short walk from Clapham Junction Station but are currently in the process of relocating to near Liverpool Street Station


  • 3 full days per week (flexible hours)
  • Maternity cover, between 9 and 12 months contract
  • £27,000 - £33,000 (prorated) or £12 - £15 per hour based on experience
