This successful business services client is looking for a professional and well-skilled small company Bookkeeper / Accountant to join it’s friendly and supportive team in Farnborough on a part time basis. If you have Sage and Excel IT skills, as well as good end to end finance experience and are self-motivated and keen to add value, then this could be a great opportunity for you.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all the regular bookkeeping / finance tasks like cash flow management, invoicing, payment processing, credit control, revenue reconciliation and VAT returns.
- Preparation of month-end balance sheet and managements account reconciliations and supporting the forecasting and budgeting process.
- This client needs a strong team player, able to perform a wide range of tasks in a timely and accurate manner, liaise at all levels and share information effectively.
- The successful candidate will also be involved in the ongoing development of processes, procedures and reporting, and the likely introduction of new systems.
