This will be initially a temporary contract working part time- 2/3 days (20 Hours) per week but this is flexible for the right candidate.
• All posting including Maintenance of Sales & Purchase Ledgers.
• Invoicing Royalties & Maintaining Royalty Spreadsheets. Some client liaison.
• Purchase Invoices/Orders,
• Statement Reconciliation
• Supplier Payments- Supplier Liaison.
• Bank Postings and Bank Reconciliation
• Petty Cash, Staff Expenses & Credit Cards.
• Assisting with Preparation of Revenue Forecasting Analysis Spreadsheets.
• Maintain Holiday Charts.
• Maintenance of assorted accounting schedules including client royalties, sales invoicing
registers, stock listings, revenue schedules and client job-lists.
The Ideal Candidate-
• Immediately Available
• Looking for Part Time work - Around 20 Hours p/w
• Previous experience using Sage 50- Essential
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills
• You will need to be flexible with good communication skills and have a positive and can-do attitude.
