Salary £18,000 - £21,000 Pro rota

You will work for a renowned company that has a fabulous reputation within the event production industry for delivering first class event management solutions across a broad portfolio of events, both in the UK and internationally. Working with some of the world's biggest brands across multiple industries, we produce everything from exhibitions and live outdoor events to corporate conferences and awards ceremonies.
As the Office Administrator you will work within a team of 4, providing support across all administrative functions of the business.
The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
" Answering the phone and greeting visitors.
" Ordering office supplies, stationery, refreshments and warehouse stock.
" Booking couriers for deliveries & collections, going to the Post Office as required.
" Preparing event information packs for Production Managers and drivers.
" Updating company records and maintaining the database.
" Ensuring the office, reception and boardroom facilities are well presented at all times.
" Processing credit card receipts & expenses.
" General admin tasks as required - filing, photocopying, etc.
The role will ideally suit someone with previous administration experience, but personality is key: we are looking for someone with excellent communications skills, a strong work ethic and a sense of humour, who will fit in with our small team.
Whilst we pride ourselves on having a relaxed office environment, things can at times be fast-paced and extremely busy, so the ability to calmly prioritise and juggle several tasks at once is essential.
Although the role is initially part time, there is potential for the right candidate to grow within the role and really make it their own, possibly leading to more hours as the business expands.
