Our Client is seeking an experienced administrator to work on a part time basis, you will be carrying out a number of administration tasks as well as having high levels of customer service to deal with customers and clients.

This will involve:

  • Liaising with contractors and clients over the phone and via email
  • Answering the phone promptly in a friendly manner
  • Completing customer satisfaction calls to ensure they are happy and all their needs have been met
  • Producing paperwork for the area manager
  • Producing spreadsheets for reports

For this position you will need experience working on Microsoft Excel. Your own transport is vital as you will need it to get to this position.

This will be offered on a temporary - permanent basis working Monday - Thursday 9AM - 1.30PM

Coming with a generous hourly rate between £8.50 - £10.00 per hour
