Your new company
Your new company are industry leaders in the Building Services industry. They offer complete mechanical and electrical services to their clients both in Public and Private Sector and are headquartered close to the centre of the City of York.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company by helping place orders, inputting staff wages, data entry, dealing with inbound customer enquiries and dealing with merchants to obtain product prices.
You will be a key member of the office team providing crucial support to the wider business and ensuring your colleagues have all the tools and resources necessary to continue to grow the business and provide best in class service to their customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require excellent knowledge of MS Excel. You should also be competent with all the other core MS packages. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be happy to deal with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
