Part Time Administrator
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join our client on a part time permanent basis.
The position has been created due to consistent growth and the main duties will include:
Raising purchase orders on in-house system
Planning drivers daily schedules
Negotiating prices with suppliers
Processing order information on spreadsheets
Liaising with suppliers and staff regarding deliveries
The successful applicant will have a strong Administration background and experience of Procurement is a strong advantage.
You will also be fully proficient in the use of MS word, excel and outlook, have excellent organisational skills and be a confident communicator.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established organisation that continues to grow from strength to strength.
Hours of work are 8am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday
