We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to provide Administrative Support to our client based in Norfolk
Purpose of the job
The administrator is responsible for providing first class administrative support.
The post-holder will also carry out all general administrative duties as requested by the Manager
Your duties will be
- Logging information for New starters and Leavers
- Complete regular monthly file audit
- Ensuring all minutes in relation to meetings are typed, and all paperwork scanned onto CHARMS
- Providing monthly reports
- Gathering and collating evidence in readiness for Ofsted inspections
- Preparing and sending letters to staff
- Invoicing
- Follow up calls
- Keeping an Ofsted file
- Liaising with Registered Manager
- Scanning completed forms to CHARMS and saving correctly on Carer records
- Annual Task - Strengths & Difficulties Questionnaire ensuring theses are completed and sent to Local Authorities
- Ensuring that all statutory checks are kept up to date for all carers
- Assist in the organisation of any events throughout the company
- Ordering stationary
- Reception cover
- Attending meetings as and when necessary
- General housekeeping
This position will be max 24 hrs with flexibility on hours ideally 3/4 days a week
The successful candidate would preferably be a car driver as travelling to other offices on occasions would be necessary
Salary £18000 pro rata
