Our client based on the outskirts of Dorking, who specialise in plumbing and heating are expanding their team and seeking an experienced office Administrator to assist in the running of their small office on a part time, permanent basis.
Own transport is essential due to location
- Customer liaison
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues on the telephone Answering all incoming calls and emails.
- General office administration duties
- Must be computer literate Polite and friendly
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to deal with people on all levels
- Possess Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Ability to work unsupervised.
This position is available on a part-time basis Monday - Friday 10:00am-2:00pm Ref. 5602
