A Part-Time Education Administrator is required to join a small association. The Part-Time Education Administrator role requires working 16 hour a week which includes working from the Holborn offices on Tuesdays and the rest from home. The working from home can be done on evenings or weekends. The 16 hour week pays £9800 (£23k pro rata) and offers 11 days holidays. We are looking for candidates who are ONLY looking for a Part-Time role and have a valid reason for it. This is a permanent Part-Time role and we are looking for longevity.
Part-Time Education Administrator:
- To maintain aspects of the Education portfolio including the administration of the Training Coursed run throughout the year. This includes; maintaining records of expenses, organising and administrating venue invoices, accommodation, travel, transfers, catering and follow up administration for delegates and faculty.
- Regular liaison with members of education committee of the Society
- Arranging meetings, booking rooms, audio visual and catering
