Part time Administrator

We are currently looking for a Part-time Administrator for a national insurance company. Our client is looking to expand their team in the Forfar area. This position is 25 hours over 5 days. Ideally the successful candidate will be local to the area.

The successful candidate must have:
~ Ability to professionally communicate with customers and suppliers via telephone, email and face-to-face means.
~ Great data input and typing skills
~ Previous experience and ability to confidently use all Microsoft systems
~ Great attention to detail and aim to get it right first time
~ Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Previous experience is necessary for this although training will be provided for use of the client's bespoke system.
