Part Time Administrator

Our well-established client based in Witney are looking for a Part Time Administrator on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Sales & Marketing Administrator - £18,000 - 20,000 (pro rate) 15 hours p/week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Main Duties:

  • Assist with booking advertising space and submitting copy
  • Sending out marketing material, i.e. brochures, mailshots, press releases, etc
  • Booking of exhibition, agent training sessions and company events
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Monitor distributor websites on a monthly website
  • Preparing marketing purchase orders
  • Management of CRM system

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Knowledge of marketing/advertising (desirable)
  • Sage knowledge (desirable)
