Tritec Environmental Services were established in 1986 and provide water and air system hygiene and management.
As the Team Administrator for the Service Department you will be responsible for ensuring all necessary data is updated to our internal CRM within a specific time frame. This is a varied role and duties will include.
Entering new contract information into the in-house database
Generation of reports
Managing customer information
Identify and action contract renewals
Prepare and maintain work schedules
Good knowledge of Excel would be beneficial Generating monthly invoicing for service clients
Hours of work are 10.00-14.00 5 days per week -Monday to Friday ( negotiable as hours could be increased to 25hrs per week)
