Part-Time Administrator

Tritec Environmental Services were established in 1986 and provide water and air system hygiene and management.

Part-Time Administrator,

As the Team Administrator for the Service Department you will be responsible for ensuring all necessary data is updated to our internal CRM within a specific time frame. This is a varied role and duties will include.

  • Entering new contract information into the in-house database

  • Generation of reports

  • Managing customer information

  • Identify and action contract renewals

  • Prepare and maintain work schedules

  • Good knowledge of Excel would be beneficial Generating monthly invoicing for service clients

Hours of work are 10.00-14.00 5 days per week -Monday to Friday ( negotiable as hours could be increased to 25hrs per week)
