Part Time Administrator

Adecco are proud to be working a large client based in Canterbury who are seeking an experienced part-time Administrator to join their friendly team.

Within this role your main duties will be as follows:
- Arranging travel, providing financial support
- Minute taking and chasing orders with suppliers
- Attending Meetings and liaising with other departments
- Raising and dealing with invoices and purchase orders
- General Administrative/PA duties

You will be working 17.5 hours per week which will be Tuesday and Wednesday 9am till 3.30pm and Thursday 9am till 3pm, in return for this you will receive a pay rate of between £11.39 - £12.81 per hour depending on experience (£22,214 - £24,983 pro rata)

You will be required to travel to meetings every now and then in Medway for this position, therefore a driving Licence is essential.
