Part-time Administrator in Property - up to £23k!

A lovely property consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a part-time administrator to assist the team with a variety of tasks. With stunning offices and a laid-back environment, this role is ideal for a talented organiser looking for flexibility and autonomy within a growing business.

The role will primarily involve extensive administration support for the surveying team, formatting documents and reports, diary management, processing of expenses, manning of the telephone lines, ordering of stationary, assistance with corporate events and elements of meeting and greeting. This really is an all-round position, ideal for an individual who wishes to make the role their own and contribute in their own way. If you’re a strong team-player, enjoy implementing new processes and making a difference, this could be the role for you.

The successful administrator will be able to work independently, possess experience within a professional environment and ideally have good working knowledge of MS Office. You must be proactive, personable and hard-working!
