They are looking for someone to work four full days per week.
Supporting the company's Shared Services Finance function in India, the Part-Time Administrator will be responsible for document handling, managing bank related activities, and ensuring records are maintained.
Part-Time Administrator - Responsibilities will include:
*Scanning communication and documentation, as well as ensuring hard copies of
documentation have been filed
*Ensuring sign off of statutory documents by authorised persons
*Sending out invoice hard copies
*Sending of vendor invoices, statements and letters to relevant internal teams
*Cash withdrawals and deposits; cheque payments
*Disbursement of petty cash vouchers to employees
*Assisting with the filing of Annual Accounts
Part-Time Administrator - What we're looking for:
*A minimum of a year's experience working within an Administration role
*Exposure to working within a Finance team would be highly advantageous but is not
*An excellent working knowledge of Excel is essential
*Proficient in MS Office Suite
*Excellent communication skills and an adaptable working style
