Your new role
Working within the busy offices, you will be providing integral administration support to the Office Manager. Your responsibilities will include dealing with incoming telephone and email enquiries, receiving delivery notes, price-checking, updating the bespoke database, inputting data and updating and maintaining spreadsheets, and running reports, as well as other general administrative tasks including filing and scanning. The hours will be Monday to Thursday, 9-5; and due to the location you will require your own transport.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years recent administration experience gained within a busy office environment. You will be well-presented with a professional telephone manner. You will have strong IT skills, including intermediate Excel, accurate typing abilities and an excellent eye for detail. You will be able to prioritise your own workload to ensure that deadlines are met and your objectives are achieved. You will be a confident individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
