Part Time Administration Assistant required for a Knutsford based company

A growing and successful business in Knutsford are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant on a part time basis. This part time post requires the successful candidate to work Monday, Tuesday and possibly Wednesday ideally. Your new role
This Administration Assistant role reports in to the Office Manager and requires you to undertake a variety of office administration tasks coupled with basic accountancy duties. Responsible for undertaking all office Administration support when required which will include, answering the telephone to customers and contractors, writing correspondence, coupled with accountancy based responsibilities which includes processing invoices onto Sage Line 50, processing orders, processing payments, payment runs, chasing payments and organising effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have full administration and customer service skills and experience, ideally with experience of purchase and sales ledger coupled with a good working knowledge and understanding of Sage Line 50 and proficient in Excel.. You will need to be extremely flexible and adaptable with a Can do attitude.
