My client, one of the UK’s leading law firms, have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Admin Support Assistant to support their busy Facilities team on a six - twelve month fixed term contract. This is a busy, varied role working within a legal professional services environment, working from the Head Office.
This is a general administrative role, which will include supporting the fee earning teams with filing, archiving of documents, scanning and photocopying. Additionally, you will be part of the team welcoming clients to the office, handling incoming telephone calls, taking messages from clients, and managing incoming and outgoing post, along with other general administrative duties as required.
You must have great attention to detail, be able to work quickly and accurately, and work well within a team environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well in person, in writing and over the phone. You must also be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
The hours for this role are working between 12pm and 6pm, with the opportunity for variation on these hours; flexibility is required for an earlier start or later finish supporting the needs of the business. There may be an opportunity for the duration of the contract to be extended to 12 months if required.
