Part Time Accounts & Bookkeeper Warmley

We are delighted to be assisting our client with their opportunity for a part time Bookkeeper (3 days per week - flexibility on days is availabile).  For this role your duties will include:

Nominal ledger

Accounts to trial balance

Bank reconciliations

VAT returns – completion of and on-line filing

Petty Cash Reconciliation

Analysing Credit Cards and expenses

Producing, checking and posting sales invoices

Sales ledger reconciliation

Credit Control

Process supplier invoices and resolving invoices anomalies

Maintaining and keeping up to date all accounts

Contacting customers and suppliers as required both over the telephone and by email

For this role it's essential you have gained experience in these areas and be confident and experienced in bookkeeping.  It's also essential you are confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.  Ideally you would have experience of using SAGE 50.   Hours are part time and around 3 days per week.
