Part Time Accounts Administrator

20 hours per week (10am - 2pm Monday to Friday)


Temp to perm contract

Due to growth our Wellingborough based client we are currently seeking an experienced accounts Administration Assistant to join their vibrant and friendly team. Working within a small and growing organisation, this role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone to further their career within administration. Initially this is on a part time basis however additional hours may become available

Key Duties:

- Preparation, input, despatch of orders and invoices

- Sales order processing - using SAGE

- Updating purchase and sales ledger

- Chasing payments

- Updating systems and database management

- Any other duties that may from time to time be required

Skills Required:

- Excellent attention to detail

- Confident in all Microsoft Packages

- Team player

- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to organise and manage work loads

- Experience using SAGE

Job Details:

- Temporary to permanent contract

- Monday-Friday - 10.00 - 2.00pm

- Salary - Depending on Experience
