Our client a successful construction company located in Lewisham, SE13 are seeking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant.
Days required: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Hours required: 10.00 am - 5.00 pm (flexible)
- Match purchase ledger invoices to delivery notes, check against purchase orders and complete analysis sheet.
- Obtain invoices/receipts relating to Barclaycard purchases and match against monthly statement.
- Check, raise and issue sales ledger application invoices.
- Update various monthly sales data spreadsheets.
- Assist with preparation of year-end audit file. Analysis of yearly overheads, photocopying invoices etc. (year-end 31st December)
- Input of sales, purchase and subcontract invoices as and when cover required.
- Weekly payroll processing as and when cover required.
- Admin duties as and when cover required.
Training will be given on the company's bespoke Construction Software.
This is a permanent role.
Immediate start required.
