Part Time Accounts Assistant

Our client a successful construction company located in Lewisham, SE13 are seeking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant.
Days required: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Hours required: 10.00 am - 5.00 pm (flexible)
Duties:

  1. Match purchase ledger invoices to delivery notes, check against purchase orders and complete analysis sheet.
  2. Obtain invoices/receipts relating to Barclaycard purchases and match against monthly statement.
  3. Check, raise and issue sales ledger application invoices.
  4. Update various monthly sales data spreadsheets.
  5. Assist with preparation of year-end audit file. Analysis of yearly overheads, photocopying invoices etc. (year-end 31st December)
  6. Input of sales, purchase and subcontract invoices as and when cover required.
  7. Weekly payroll processing as and when cover required.
  8. Admin duties as and when cover required.


Training will be given on the company's bespoke Construction Software.

This is a permanent role.
Immediate start required.
