Your new role
Your new role will be varied and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely management of the transactional accounts. You will be managing all of the Purchase Ledger including expenses, various payment runs and setting up new supplier accounts. You will raise invoices onto the Sales Ledger, manage the petty cash and balancing daily credit card transactions. Other duties include undertaking refunds, bank transfers and providing cover for credit control.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you must have experience within a similar role, have all round accounts knowledge and be IT literate. You must have good organisation and prioritisation skills. It is desirable that you have experience dealing with foreign currency but not essential.
