Part Time Accounts Administrator
25-30 hours per week, Permanent Position!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join one of our top clients based in Marchwood, Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join an experienced and hardworking team.
- Matching and coding invoices
- Matching delivery paperwork to invoices
- Ensuring all company vans are kept up to date with their services and MOT's
- Dealing with company insurances
- Lease agreements
- Distributing post
- Maintaining company database
- General reception/admin duties
- Ad hoc duties as required by the Bookkeeper and MD
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role
- IT literate
- Experience/Knowledge of SAGE/XERO (desirable)
- Confident with a good manner on the telephone
- Efficient with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to prioritise own workload and cope well under pressure
This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
