This will suit an Accountant; Qualified or QBE that's looking for an all round role offering accounts, payroll and some office management, c3 days a week (21 hours).
The successful candidate will have extensive payroll and book keeping experience and be able to communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
The role will include;
*Book-keeping using Sage Line 50
*Payment of invoices
*Monitoring bank accounts
*Prepare monthly accounts and variance analysis
*Preparing end of year accounts
*Preparation and submission of VAT returns
*Petty cash recording and reconciliation
*Bank account reconciliation
*Dealing with telephone queries and maintenance issues when required
*General office duties
The ideal candidate will be looking for part time work and have Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll experience. You can be Part Qualified, Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, AAT, ICB etc.) or QBE, what's essential is a broad understanding of an SME finance function.
