Part Time Account Handler

Part time Account Handler
16hrs - 20hrs per week
£8.00- £8.50ph + monthly bonus

*Car parking on site*

I am seeking a part time Account Handler to join my client based in Chelmsford, this is a fantastic opportunity and one not to be missed.

The role:

- Call existing clients and arrange 5 year review appointments
- Call existing clients and arrange annual review appointments
- Manage clients diary's
- Draft emails to clients
- Send client confirmation emails to confirm appointments
- Relay important information to correct departments and update spreadsheets accordingly

Ideal candidate

- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Experience working toward targets
- High attention to detail
- Organised
