Based in the head office in South Belfast and working as part of a team of 3 staff within finance, the post holder will report to the Finance Manager and support the department in all aspects of finance administration.

Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
Maintenance of petty cash accounts
Bank account reconciliations
Preparation of accruals and prepayments
Financial administration of a Supported Employment Scheme claims process
Preparation of ad-hoc grant claims
Assisting in the financial year end process.
Candidates will hold an IATI / AAT qualification and ideally a Part Professional qualification CIMA / ACA / ACCA.
Candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally within the voluntary sector.
Candidates will have some experience assisting with internal audit and ideally grant claims.
Candidates will have excellent numerical skills, strong attention to detail, ability to think logically and will be capable of prioritising tasks, working to deadlines and will have good commercial awareness.
