Their approach is very design-led with great attention to detail, to ensure the best results. They strongly believe in always putting the client's needs and budget first, taking their vision to site and solving any design issues intelligently. Most of their projects are bespoke, residential projects across Sussex, Surrey and London.
Your new role
As Co-Director you will be joining the business at a senior level, with an exciting opportunity to influence strategic direction on individual projects and across the wider business. Your role as a partner will lead to shares of the company's profits and present you with an opportunity to exercise enterprise strategies and influence the company's direction, with complete freedom of design.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be a Part 3 qualified Architect with experience of working in an architectural practice, running projects from concept design through to delivery. You should have confidence to prepare and develop documentation and run projects as well as liaise with clients, consultants, planners and builders. You should be self-determined with the drive to grow a successful and well-established practice with a willingness to contribute to projects at a strategic level. This company are particularly looking for a candidate to grow and lead the firm (in partnership).
