Location: Acton, London North West
• Start time: Variable between 07:00am and 08:00am
• Finish time: Variable between 17:00 (5:00pm) and 19:00 (7:00pm)
All hours are set by the client, between 8 and 11 hours per day.
Pay from: Chistmas rate £12.20 starting from November.
• Current UK Driving Licence, with your current UK address (For insurance purposes, applicants must be over 23)
• A proof of identity - Passport/Residence Permit/National ID card/UK Birth Certificate. (You must have at least 1 piece of photographic ID)
• A proof of National Insurance number
• A solid grasp of both written and spoken English
Ideally you will have previously worked for a large, national, UK based parcel delivery company. Please note that at this stage we are only considering applications from people who have parcel delivery experience OR intense multi drop experience (50-80 drops per day).
Please note that to complete essential paperwork for this position, you will be required at our office in Leatherhead - Surrey KT22.
We are expecting this position to start within 5-10 days after registration.
This position will start within 2 weeks from your registration date and in the future, could lead to more solid work. Work is likely to increase even further around major holidays.
Typical hours fall between 7am-7pm Monday - Friday with overtime payable after 8 hours each day and on weekends (optional Saturdays)
The role is to collect and deliver parcels to residential homes and businesses across the South-Central region in a LWB Sprinter type van, while providing tracking information. This is fast paced work and requires route planning, so good knowledge of the local area is essential.
Applicants must be able to safely lift parcels up to 30kg, and be able to deliver a minimum of 50 drops per day within their defined postcode area.

Due to the nature of the role, the company requires an in-depth security clearance check and 5 years of residency. Anyone who cannot provide this information will automatically be rejected.
