My Client, a Chartered Financial Planning Firm based in Leicestershire are looking to recruit a Paraplanning Manager, to assist with the development of their experienced paraplanning team.

An excellent package is available for the right candidate, with a salary paying up to £40k, the opportunity to work closely with a Management Consultant to ensure you are training effectively, and the ability to progress within a high-quality firm.

Overseeing the day-to-day management of the paraplanning team to ensure it provides both efficient support and service to the administration and financial advising teams
Ensuring two-way communication exists between senior and middle management, to enable the continuous improvement of client services, and to support future business growth through business practices that are fully compliant with FCA regulations.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Paraplanner who is looking for the next step in their career, or an individual who is already leading a team and is looking for a more supportive environment. You will settle in to the position learning all processes initially, and enter a training program to progress you into the manager role within 12 months.

The ideal Candidate will be a technically astute Paraplanner, who holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. Ideally you will be working towards your Chartered exams, or keen to do so. Most importantly, you will be looking for professional development and the opportunity to train, develop and manage a team of Paraplanners.
