Wouldn’t it be nice to be treated as an adult? Trusted that whether you were working from the office or from home, you’d be working. Not watching Netflix. Or on social media. But working away.
And wouldn’t it be nice to work for a firm that knew that meant you’d work that bit harder? Because you appreciated the flexibility it gave you. Because they knew that sometimes you work is easier without interruption. And whilst we’re at it wouldn’t it be nice if you were developing? Because to develop you need structure. A pathway. Most firms don’t even think about a pathway, never mind put one in place.
Here you can work from home 2 days a week. That has been the case long before lockdown. You'll have flexible hours too, as long as you work your seven hours a day.
And you can develop in two ways.
You can have a pathway into advice. Indeed you are replacing someone who is moving from paraplanning to advice.
Or(or should that be and) if you prefer, you can become an expert paraplanner. Helped by sitting next to someone who works as a consultant for one of the exam boards.
You’ll be level 4 or close to it and have paraplanning experience. Intelliflo knowledge is useful too. And you'll want to challenge yourself in an expanding Chartered firm.
You’re happy. You’re loyal. And the thought of CVs, recruiters and interviews is a bit of a turn off. But having a brief conversation with one of our consultants might be an eye opener.
