My client is looking for an exceptional individual to join its rapidly expanding team of experienced advisers and paraplanners. This exciting opportunity offers an excellent career progression path within the paraplanning team.
Level 4 qualification is desirable, on offer is an excellent starting salary,and the opportunity to progress
Duties will Include:
Ensure all suitability reports are completed compliantly
Undertake research both independently and with the Financial Planner to identify suitable solutions to meet the clients needs
Prepare suitability letters in accordance with the agreed recommendations
Oversee all administrative tasks ensuring they are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Carry out regular due diligence on our preferred platforms/providers
Help front office to prepare for new client meetings and annual planning meetings for existing clients
Ensure all incoming client communications are handled promptly
Oversee preparation of quarterly valuations
Oversee administration of Group Pension and Life Schemes
Preparing asset allocation reports and files for meetings as well as recommendation reports
Occasional attendance at client meetings, where detailed analysis has been prepared
Skills and Experience required:
Level 4 Qualified or Certificate of Paraplanning from the CII or from CISI is preferable
Experience in a Paraplanner role
To have a good knowledge of back office systems
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and an excellent telephone manner
