Paraplanner - Salisbury/Guildford/Croydon
We are working with an established financial planning and wealth management company, who have a requirement for a Central paraplanner within the team due to business expansion.

To carry out compliant and detailed research and technical analysis to support advice given by financial planners. To review and propose adjustments to client’s existing financial planning arrangements.
To prepare cash flow forecasts and complex financial planning calculations to assist financial planners in providing ongoing advice to clients.
To work with financial planners, report writers and client support teams to provide the client with a positive professional experience, offering highly technical and qualified knowledge and ongoing assistance.
Collate information to make informed recommendations
Discuss client objectives and liaise with the adviser
Draft net worth and income and expenditure statements and financial cashflow forecasts for the client
Identify areas for planning and undertake research to identify suitable solutions to meet the clients' needs
Review clients' investments, asset allocation and risk profile
You will need to have significant experience from within a similar role, ideally in a financial planning practice environment.
Minimum QCF Level 4 Qualified (i.e. CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or IFS Diploma for Financial Advisers or equivalent) and willing to work towards QCF Level 6.
Excellent report writing, problem solving and decision making skills
Forward thinking and uses initiative
Excellent communication skills written and verbally
Previous experience within a paraplanning position
Salary c35-40k+ DOE
Based in Salisbury
Full time hours - 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
