My Client are a established national IFA firm who despite COVID-19 are recruiting within their Paraplanning function in Bristol. You will join a productive team who provide the levels of service and advice as defined in their service charter to their private client advisers .
In return a competitive salary £30 - 38k can be offered plus benefits and further industry qualifications supported with genuine career progression prospects.
Purpose of the Role
To provide support to the Private Client Advisory team by:
Effectively coordinating the tasks, data and information required by our private client advisers to enable them to provide advice to our existing and future private clients in relation to their existing financial arrangements.
Production and maintenance of lifetime financial planning reports.
Assisting with the regular and proactive communication to our clients to assist the team in delivering exceptional service
The tasks related involve all the activities linked to the High Net Worth sales, review and service process:
Working with our advisers to build personal relationships with our clients with the aim of maintaining and enhancing our relationship with them and ensuring that we are their advisory firm of choice.
Building relationships with product providers with the aim of enabling the efficient collection of information about current or potential clients existing financial arrangements.
Undertaking the support tasks to assist the Private Client advice team
Completion and maintenance of lifetime financial plans
Completing Tax and other calculations
Client Review preparation
Workflow management and work coordination
Communicating frequently with the rest of the business to ensure that everyone is aware of the teams activities
Exhibiting teamwork by ensuring that support is given to others when it is needed
Exhibiting common sense at all times
Having sound knowledge of technical/professional issues in the area; understanding of how relevant trends affect
the area of work.
Diploma qualified as a minimum
Knowledge of products and systems. Life, Pension and investment product wrapper regulations.
Industry knowledge - Experience and understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
Computer Skills. Good understanding of all computer systems and processes. Especially IO and Wrap platforms.
