Paraplanner (Full Diploma) Oxfordshire

My Client a leading Wealth Planning Practice and very successful in the Oxford area is very actively looking to recruit a very skilled HNW Wealth Planning Paraplanner to join the Practice.  You must have full Diploma qualification and a minimum of 3 years working within a Wealth Planning IFA Practice and writing reports.   This role will require a lot of client interaction and will be an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.  The client rewards talent and your skills and ability in Paraplanning will be significantly rewarded.  This is a unique opportunity if you are feeling underwhelmed in your current paraplanner role.

Working alongside a very successful Financial Planner,  you will take full responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of client files, preparation and implementation of recommendations and Financial Plans to include Cash Flow forecasts and ongoing reviews of client affairs.  You will also keep up to date with technical issues and undertake any necessary research on behalf of clients.  

The duties will be as follows:-

 Identify and obtain information necessary to compile clients recommendation / cash flow forecast
 Compile draft net worth statement; income and expenditure statements and financial cash flow forecast for review by FP
 Identify areas for planning
 Carry out technical calculations
 Undertake research both independently and with FP to identify suitable solutions to meet the clients’ needs
 Prepare information/comparisons for analysis by FP
 Liaise with clients’ legal and tax advisers (if applicable)
 Consider current and future asset allocation of assets for investment strategy with regard to the client risk profile and lifetime cash flow
 Produce clear, technically accurate, compliant and concise Financial Plans and Suitability Reports as per Advice Process
 Make changes to clients’ investments as instructed
 Ensure agreed action points get actioned
 Liaise with administration team to process recommendations as per Advice Process
 Prepare and coordinate review documentation including: financial planning and portfolio review as per the Annual Review Process
 Review investment portfolio, asset allocation, risk profile etc

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:-

- Must have Diploma in Financial Planning 
- Minimum 2 years within a Paraplanner role essential
- Minimum 3 years within Financial Planning
