Excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a City based Financial Services Practice to provide full support to a Financial Adviser. Minimum of three years experience in a similar role required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills;
Industry experience in pensions, investments and platform administration
Client servicing experience including collating data and generating portfolio reports
Identifying wealth management solutions including protection considerations and creating Suitability Reports to justify advice
Proven client relationship management skills
Excellent IT skills incl. Windows, Outlook and Excel
Experience of analytical software e.g. Voyant, FE Analytics and CRM systems
Strong analytical skills and a sensitivity to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results focused environment
Industry qualifications and technical product knowledge
Prepare documentation for initial meetings including completing facts finds
CRM system management
Contact clients for Review Meetings
Collate data and issue Annual Review Reports
Obtain valuations and information on clients existing policies and investments.
Prepare provider responses for entry onto legacy asset - LAT system and manage responses
Prepare calculations as required to assist in assessing the clients investment management needs, critical illness, disability and life insurance needs.
Prepare proposals for point of sale use including approved product illustrations and literature and establish details on the chosen investment platform where applicable.
Administer the submission of applications to platform & product providers and monitor relevant systems to ensure accuracy and/or acceptance
Produce Client Suitability Reports for personalising and sign off by the Adviser
Review and administer business pipeline to ensure relevant actions are taken.
Manage the OWS system to ensure the delivery of ongoing service requirements, maintaining accurate OWS and CRM records
Produce client facing material in preparation for ongoing service meetings in line with Practice standards and client type
Manage ad hoc client administration including elements such as withdrawals, changes of address, requests for documentation etc.
Update clients OWS, platform and provider records where appropriate to ensure correlation with the internal CRM
Manage internal procedures, ensuring that these are documented and consistently maintained
Provide ad hoc research and administrative support to the Advisers , as and when required
Assist in the management of client relationships including attendance at client meetings
Answer incoming calls, responding to client and provider queries as appropriate
Manage personal inbox, answering client, external and internal mails where appropriate in line with requirements
