Paraplanner - Chartered Practice

You’re in demand. So when you choose your next paraplanning job you need to know how firms measure up. It is after all not just what you can do for that company, it is also what they can do for you.

This business understands that. Which is why they chose to be based outside of a city centre, making the commute quicker and parking free. They chose to offer flexible working, appreciating that 9-5 is not an option for everyone. They chose to reward people for a job well done, paying attractive packages (as well as a generous bonus) and giving additional holidays over the festive period (rather than that annoying thing where firms make you take some of your holidays at that time of the year whether you want to or not).

It is also why they continue to choose to invest in their staff and their business. They operate from modern, spacious offices and have taken what they do seriously, taking up Chartered Financial Planner status in the process.

Therefore the working environment is calm, supportive and forward-thinking. The work is challenging. And like many people who are very good at what they do, they are very nice. Which is a very undervalued but incredibly important matter to consider.

So if you are an experienced Level 4 (or above) qualified paraplanner please contact Leanne Reid at Exchange Street who will be more than happy to go into more detail about the firm in question.
