We are representing an IFA practice with a high street presence in Kent, offering full financial advice to local families, individuals and corporate clients on their savings and investments, pensions and retirement planning and insurance and protection.
Their current team is made up of two financial advisors, two administrator/paraplanners and the office Accountant. Between them they service existing loyal clients and continue to expand the business.
They have a requirement for an Administrator to join them in their office in Beckenham. Working alongside another of their Administrators, you will support both advisors with managing their client book, taking over the administration responsibilities and writing suitability reports. All of their reports are templated so you will be required to combine the knowledge that you have of the financial planning process, products and services and regulation with common sense to understand and appropriately document and write the suitability letter so that the client can understand it.
You will meet and greet clients and act as a point of call, particularly when the advisors are out of the office on client meetings. You will be self-motivated, team orientated and ambitious to study and gain relevant industry related qualifications.
Their ideal candidate will already have some of the exams required to become level 4 Diploma qualified. If you are still to gain some qualifications, our client is willing to assist with the cost of the study material and exams and will encourage your growth and career progression.
