We are currently looking to recruit Paralegals X 4 to be based at our Harrow office to assist in filtering new client enquiries across a number of departments.
The suitable candidate will be expected to take calls and brief instructions from new clients and ensuring these are accurately passed on to the fee earners in relevant department. You will also be required to support Solicitors/Caseworkers in management of client care - which would include updating clients on behalf of fee earners, taking further instructions when necessary and relaying information back to the fee earners.
Key Skills Required:
- Interpersonal skills to deal with new client queries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Good academic background with a Law degree
- Legal experience as a Paralegal or similar role is desirable
- Clear understanding and application of relevant area of Law
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook
