Paralegal

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercial property Paralegal to join the Real Estate Team in this growing organisation on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will ideally have a law degree or significant experience in a commercial property setting and be confident in assisting fee earners.

• Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
• Salary - will be dependent on experience

As the Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis including client calls, emails and in person meetings
• Compiling your own written communications
• Assisting the onboarding team
• Drafting documentation as required
• Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and working with client ledgers
• Assisting with post completion matters and file closing
• Experience of using a document management system

The successful Paralegalwill have the following related skills / experience:

• Previous legal experience in a paralegal or legal assistant position is essential
• Confident communication skills
• Excellent administration skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Intermediate MS office skills
