Paralegal

Join a fast-paced venture-building environment supporting multiple startups from launch to exit. We’re working on behalf of a client in Cambridge to find them a Paralegal to manage legal documentation, governance, and compliance across their portfolio.

Duties include:

• Draft and review legal documents (e.g. Articles, Shareholders’ Agreements).
• Support fundraising, restructuring, and exits.
• Ensure Companies House filings and statutory compliance.
• Advise on governance and company structures.

The perfect Paralegal will have:

• Solid knowledge of UK company law.
• Strong drafting and organisational skills.
• Experience in startups or investment environments is a plus.
