Job description - Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Residential Property)

We are seeking to appoint a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to provide support to our residential department, enabling them to operate at optimum efficiency.

The Paralegal role will include dealing with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors at every stage of a property transaction. You will also be responsible for exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence, along with undertaking necessary searches. The role would suit someone with previous experience working in a legal environment with a knowledge of the property sales process.

As a Paralegal, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment and have good organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
