Our DMS software processes up to 6000 orders per minute and last year enabled over 600 million parcels to be delivered to over 200 countries. Having just launched two new products and achieving record revenue for the 2017 calendar year, we are well positioned for an even more successful 2018.

We have an opening for a Paralegal to join our Legal team. The role involves working closely with our General Counsel to support the wider business, and in particular the Sales, Finance and the Key Accounts Teams. The right candidate will enjoy taking responsibility and working autonomously on a range of commercial, technology, IP and corporate matters.


  • End to end management of contracting, including: handling, drafting and negotiating contracts, and regularly updating the contract database
  • Coordinating execution, circulation and filing of finalised contracts
  • Maintaining an up to date record of other legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements and amendments
  • Researching key areas of law and legal developments
  • Responding to queries from the business including on legal issues such as disputes and late payments
  • Creating precedent templates to be used by the business
  • Collaborating with the business to draft and roll out internal policies; and
  • Liaising with external counsel on corporate matters including the issue of shares and managing these processes internally


  • Law degree, GDL or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of contract law
  • Pragmatic and commercial
  • Good drafting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
  • Experience in reviewing non-disclosure agreements, standard terms and IT agreements
  • Interest in technology
  • Ability to work flexibly and multi-task


  • LPC or LLM
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting SaaS agreements
  • Previous work experience in ecommerce, retail or logistics industries
  • Previous work experience in a law firm or in-house
