Paralegal - Property and AELE - Kingston upon Thames

About the Role
At Surrey County Council we are looking to recruit to our successful in house legal team. We have two exciting opportunities within our Property Team and our Adults, Education, Litigation and Employment Team (AELE).
The positions play a central role in supporting the varied work of their teams.
The AELE paralegal will hold their own caseload of debt cases and general civil litigation, including property litigation
The Property paralegal will also have their own caseload a variety of property matters relating to property law with particular emphasis on deferred payment agreements.
We are looking for flexible, motivated and ambitious individuals to join our progressive service, which has been working in partnership with legal services in Brighton & Hove City Council, East Sussex County Council and West Sussex County Council as Orbis Public Law. You’ll be passionate about working as part of a team that delivers timely, clear and effective legal advice, representation and assistance to the Council and its partner authorities. Recent legal experience, either in-house or in private practice, is preferred.
