A new opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal who is looking for their next challenge and a twist on the role that they currently undertake.

Working within the Sheffield office, you will join a team of Share Plans Solicitors who handle complex and challenging employee incentives matter for businesses throughout the world's major economies. The firm offer customised solutions to support their clients and their ability to deliver and implement incentive schemes across multiple jurisdictions to meet the needs of today's global trading environment. They provide counsel to many of the world's most prominent corporations.

As an integral part of our Employee Share Incentives team, you will provide support to the fee earners on a wide variety of transactions. The team advises on employee share option schemes and all forms of equity and non-equity based incentives for global corporates, FTSE 100 clients and large private companies.

You will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills as well as a high attention to detail. You will provide a first rate client service both internally and externally. Ideally you will have 6+ months experience working within a Legal Corporate environment. You should be a team player, client focused, particularly strong on logical thinking with excellent research skills. You will also be a good communicator.
