Duties for this particular role will include handling caseloads, drafting routine correspondence and documents, preparing mortgage approvals and completion statements, reviewing leases and other title documents, updating clients, solicitors and agents on the progress of matters, receipting and paying completion funds, completing Land Registry and SDLT Forms, preparing reports, deed maintenance;

The ideal candidate will already have acquired experience within an existing Paralegal role with the ability to effectively self-manage, show initiative be client focused and a general proactive approach. You should be able to demonstrate competence in dealing with a sizeable caseload, prioritisation and good communication with your team and the fee earners you support.
