Paralegal - Conveyancing - Dorchester

Our client whom are a professional legal organisation have a fantastic opportunity and are looking for a Paralegal to work within their conveyancing team in their office which is based in Dorchester.

Ideally, candidates should have an in depth procedural knowledge of end to end conveyancing work from enquiry to post completion, in order to give a high level of assistance to the Land Partners and other lawyers and will possess working knowledge of both residential and commercial land law.

The role is varied and fast moving and will involve proactively assisting in moving cases forward.
You will have an eye for detail with a keen interest in learning and helping colleagues to achieve organisational goals.

Candidates are required to demonstrate; a positive approach, flexibility, the ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, come across professionally and have the ability to prioritise and multi task when faced with the challenges and requirements of this busy role.

Skills/experience: Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and remain calm and organised in a sometimes pressurised and fast moving environment with the ability to work to deadlines Excellent written and spoken English An in depth knowledge of the end to end conveyancing process from enquiry to post completion Close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and initiative in order to coordinate the process Must be articulate and numerate Effective organisational & communication skills Adaptability & Flexibility Quick to adapt to changing priorities Conscientious and capable Good timekeeping and reliability A high regard for confidentiality and diplomacy A positive attitude, pleasant demeanour
