The purpose of the role is to predominantly support the office operation by providing administration support and Para-planning services. You will support the technical supervisor and the administration team with their duties. Ideally you will have a level 4 diploma in Financial Planning or actively working towards this qualification. The ideal candidate will maintain service levels according to office procedure, provide information and documentation within agreed timescales, contribute towards agree fee-earners business targets and pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effectiveness of the role. You will need to deliver a professional service to all clients and communicate effectively. Key indicators for this role will be to provide high quality bespoke financial planning documentation from fact find information, conduct relevant product research and ensure all compliance requirements are met.

Skills and Knowledge
- Financial Service Insurance product knowledge
- Experience in a supporting role
- Competent with all internal office systems
- Keeps abreast of market trends
- IT Literate

The ideal candidate will have an inquisitive mind, probe and check research, obtain a thorough grasp of relevant facts, have a good attention to detail and has all data to hand. Must use own initiative and be proactive and have problem solving abilities.
