Paid Media Manager
Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic, commercial Paid Media Manager (circa £50,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits) to join an ambitious, global brand near St. Albans. The role manages the firms paid advertising across multiple brands & territories and reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the global paid advertising programme through the media agency (£1million+ budget), primarily including digital & above the line advertising.
- Work with the media agency to plan, implement, optimise & measure the ROI of digital marketing campaigns across various channels e.g social media, programmatic & native display, SEM, content partnerships.
- Work with the media agency to plan, implement, optimise & measure the ROI of Above the Line media.
- Analyse the performance of all media through the media agency to increase the efficiency of the paid media budget.
- Develop testing plans for creative, copy, messaging, format and landing pages to improve KPIs, working with internal teams to ensure brand consistency & optimise the user experience.
- Report on effectiveness of performance marketing activity.
- Work with the CRM & eCommerce teams to optimise advertising spend based on customer data.
- Stay updated and lead the business with the latest trends and best practice in digital marketing and paid advertising, including evaluating new technologies, & any impacts from the wider macro-environment.
